Role
Who you are
- 10+ years of strategic sales experience, preferably in Adtech
- Experience in relationship driven business development targeting Agency/Independent Company clients
- Experience in programmatic and performance marketing sales
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage with C-level clients
- Strong quantitative skills and adept negotiation abilities
- A passion for continuous learning and a relentless drive for excellence
- Yearn to Hunt: you'll be tracking down key agency team contacts and most importantly, opportunity - across strategy/planning, display/investment, video, search, commerce, shopper and programmatic orgs
- Desire to collaborate: Many of your initiatives will be working alongside Criteo Sales & Account Strategy teams so being a team player with a lack of ego is imperative
- Have fun: This is an incredibly dynamic space with its fair share of challenges
- The ability to roll with the punches while keeping a level head and having some fun is critical
What the job involves
- Acquire, build, and nurture strong relationships with senior leadership at independent advertising agencies
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with client services and cross-functional teams within Criteo to cultivate and expand agency accounts
- Value Proposition: Effectively communicate the value proposition of Criteo's media buying platform by conducting detailed product demonstrations
- Product Influence: Participate in discussions on product roadmaps, working closely with senior leadership, product, and engineering to align with client needs
- New Business Development: Take the lead in responding to RFPs and identifying new opportunities with independent agencies, including qualification and win strategy
- Prospecting: Prospect and negotiate net-new MSAs and spending initiatives across independent agencies
- Upselling: Identify and close strategic upselling opportunities by deeply understanding the core business needs of your clients
