Director of Engineering, Salesforce

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3+ years in an engineering leadership role managing multiple teams
• Proven experience leading large-scale, distributed systems in a high-availability, customer-facing environment
• Strong technical foundation in modern cloud architectures and scalable backend systems
• Demonstrated ability to deliver complex programs with cross-functional dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership
• A related technical degree required
