What the job involves
- As a Business Operations Intern (F/M/X) at Yousign, you will integrate the cross-functional Operations team by working closely with Sales, Marketing, Salesforce Engineers and Data Analysts
- Your role is to drive revenue, operational efficiency and growth. You are the go to person to think, design and implement new business processes
- You will manage medium projects in order to scale the operational efficiency of our sales and marketing teams but also support them in their day-to-day tasks, answering their requests and making sure they don’t face any blockers with their toolset
- ⚙️ Processes & Tools
- Analyse and optimise business processes to enhance operational efficiency
- Manage and optimise our stack of tools (Salesforce, HubSpot mainly)
- Conduct benchmark of good practices & technology progress
- 💊 Data & reporting:
- Ensure our data accuracy & cleanliness in CRM
- Monitor the impact of all the solutions implemented and provide recommendations
- 🤝 Project Management & enablement
- Lead projects successfully through good project management and a data driven mindset
- Partner with sales and marketing to implement recommendations
- Document operational processes and train teams

Our take
The global electronic signature market is projected to grow to over $35 billion by 2029. Well-known Adobe Sign and DocuSign have been in the game for a while, though YouSign has stepped onto the scene hoping to become the eSignature platform predominantly used by the European market.
The company has two signature products, a web app that is ready to use from anywhere and an API, which can be easily integrated into business softwares. The signatures are eIDAS-compliant and legally binding so clients can focus more on their productivity and teamwork and worry less about paperwork.
The company targets new customers rather than attempting to convert from competitors - SMBs are its target market, hoping to show newer businesses the need for and ease of electronic signatures. Acquiring $ 36.6 million in 2021 in a round of funding meant the company could scale its team and market share. In early 2022 YouSign bought Canyon, a documentation and workflow automation specialist. This means that YouSign is now propelling into a new dimension.
