• Advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in financial controlling, investment, or actuarial roles, preferably within an operational setting, plus previous management experience of a finance team
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite
• You have fluency in English, with German language skills as a valuable addition
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, adept at simplifying complex financial concepts for non-expert audiences
• Highly proactive and self-driven, with a strong business acumen and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders
• Demonstrated team-oriented mindset with a commitment to cooperation and collective success
• Inherent curiosity and a continuous desire to learn, coupled with the readiness to embrace and drive change for ongoing improvement

• You will lead the Finance team of Allianz Direct x luko, reporting to Fanny, the CEO of Allianz Direct France, ensuring the company maintains a clear path to success:
• Lead and manage the Corporate Finance, Tax, and Accounting team, promoting a culture of high performance and continuous improvements
• Analyze and explain performance metrics to ensure they align with forecasts, and actively engage in strategic decision-making processes
• Position your team as a business partner to all other departments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration to drive business goals
• Maintain tax and accounting compliance at the local level, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and standards
