Role
Who you are
- Experience working independently in a small team

- An understanding of construction (roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders in the construction process and construction project st
What the job involves
- Identify and pursue new sales leads and business opportunities within target markets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, property managers, energy consultants, and other industry partners
- Represent Guru Systems at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and strengthen partnerships
- Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure contracts align with company objectives and profitability targets
- Use CRM systems to maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status
- Work closely with internal teams, including product, customer support, and marketing, to ensure alignment and deliver cohesive customer experiences

The Guru System provides real-time data on tenants’ energy use, enabling housing associations to quickly intervene to safeguard residents’ well being.
