What the job involves
- We’re looking for our first US-based Senior Product Marketing Manager to help us amplify our product launches, elevate our marketing messaging, and supercharge our Go-to-Market strategy
- You’ll work hand-in-hand with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to drive results that make an impact, and make them fast
- Own Go-to-Market Strategy: Drive the execution of our GTM strategy, gathering the latest insurance market insights and collaborating with cross-functional teams to make it happen – with precision, flair, and speed
- Craft Killer Product Narratives: Transform product features into audience-relevant, compelling value propositions that resonate deeply and wow with every release
- Launch Like a Pro: From messaging to timing, positioning, and release communications – you’ll be the mastermind behind product launches across all channels, ensuring flawless execution
- Optimize Product Release Processes: Streamline and fine-tune our launch processes to maximize impact, ensuring every release goes off without a hitch
- Drive Product Adoption: Create clear, effective communications that not only support product launches but also ensure long-term customer engagement and adoption
- Feature Feedback: Work closely with product teams to gather real-time market feedback and help position new features for maximum customer impact
- Enable Sales: Equip our sales team with everything they need to close deals – from killer pitch decks to customer-facing content and jaw-dropping demos
- Systematize and Scale: Help develop and implement processes that make product launches smoother, faster, and more effective – efficiency is key!
- Be the Linchpin: Be the central hub of product launches, ensuring everything is aligned, and every team is synchronized for success

hyperexponential was created to provide modelling software to help people and businesses build, deploy and manage analytical models that work with small, sparse and fragmented datasets. Its goal is to make teams more agile, collaborate more deeply, and work more productively.
hyperexponential's pricing and data-driven decision-making software is built for the specialty and commercial insurance markets. The product has broad applications, but the company's initial focus is on specialty insurance, a sector the founders know well, having worked there for more than a decade.
hyperexponential currently works with 13 of the largest insurers in Europe and is growing fast. In addition, the company launched Renew Connect, a partnership programme which offers integrations between all the best-of-breed solutions for insurers like Insurdata and Inari, and ensures the data flows freely and consistently between them.
