What the job involves
- The Role: The Recruiter Assistant is the engine behind a high-output recruiting team. You'll keep our pipeline moving by managing new applicants, supporting recruiters with sourcing and outreach, and making sure no candidate falls through the cracks. Automation handles a lot of the repetitive work - your job is to layer judgment, organization, and follow-through on top of it so recruiters can spend their time on conversations and closes
- Application Monitoring: Review new job applications to confirm contact has been made
- Candidate Management: Add all new candidates into Bullhorn from our candidate sources, maintain and update working profiles, and use all available monthly lead sourcing credits across every lead source Lucid provides
- Weekly Liaison Duties: Meet with Credentialing, Marketing, and Payroll weekly to clear any outstanding recruitment tasks or clinician communications
- Recruiter Support: Hold dedicated time for new and permanent recruiters. Build and maintain a library of outreach messaging (text, email, voicemail) and coordinate with training to keep it accessible across shared folders, intranet, and collaboration sites
- Hot Job Sourcing: Select Hot Jobs and source candidates across Lucid candidate source sites. Choose the most effective workflow - one job across all sources, or one source across all jobs
- End-of-Day Follow-Up: Verify that active, responsive clinicians were contacted by recruiters; if not, investigate and report why

Our take
Talent identification and acquisition has always been a challenge for HR teams, but the labor shortage is making it more difficult than ever. The founders of AdeptID believe that poor talent matching is a billion-dollar problem, and they’re aiming to address it with its machine-learning-powered API.
While there’s no shortage of talent search and matching platforms, from LinkedIn to Zoho Recruit, AdeptID sets itself apart by providing an API which plugs into existing infrastructure. Another interesting aspect of AdeptID’s approach is how its ML tech focuses on lesser-explored talent avenues, particularly candidates who don’t hold degrees and might otherwise be filtered out in other talent searches.
Having only launched in 2020, AdeptID's bootstrapped first year brought in an encouraging $1 million. Since then, it's been backed by Zeal Capital Partners, and the company has been scaling operations in the last couple of years. It is also a certified B-Corp, and in 2023, partnered with OneTen to improve hiring outcomes for black talent in the US.
