- Proven experience as an Engineering Manager, with a focus on hiring and team performance
- Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices

- We’re seeking an experienced AI Team Lead (Python) who will collaborate with experts to design and build these services from the ground up
- In the next phase, this leader will assemble and manage a new team to further enhance and scale the AI capabilities
- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python service architectures
- Implement new features leveraging AI functionality
- Ensure technical quality and monitor production services for performance and stability
- Contribute to and maintain the technical roadmap
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage team performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts for seamless integration and operation of services
