Account Manager, Fetch

• 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales support, or a related field
• Direct industry experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data
• Experience supporting renewals, upsells, and client growth conversations
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize across multiple projects and stakeholders
• Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights to clients or internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes
• Experience leveraging AI, automation, and other technology to drive measurable impact
• Proactive communication and strong collaboration skills
• Comfort working in dynamic or evolving environments
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Desirable

• The Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for supporting and managing client engagements, ensuring deliverables align with client needs to drive retention and growth. This role is client-facing and contributes directly to revenue through individual and pod quota ownership
• In this role, you will contribute to campaigns, build relationships, develop expertise in Fetch’s offerings, and apply tools and workflows to improve accuracy and efficiency in client delivery
• As an account professional, you’ll support strategic conversations, manage day-to-day client engagement, and contribute to the growth and retention of partnerships while helping drive operational excellence across your pod
• You are expected to leverage AI-enabled tools and workflows to drive efficiencies, improve data accuracy, and enhance client engagement
• Own revenue targets and contribute to individual and/or team goals
• Contribute to the retention and growth of client partnerships, positioning Fetch as a strategic, long-term partner
• Manage deadlines and navigate evolving priorities with increasing autonomy
• Build consultative relationships with mid-level and executive client contacts by communicating clearly, following through on tasks, and supporting complex account strategies
• Support client engagements by contributing to partner calls, coordinating touchpoints, and capturing follow-ups so clients feel consistently supported
• Work hands on key to provide client deliverables such as campaign performance reporting, one-off requests, and analytics requests
• Support onboarding for new clients and brands, campaign setup, and coordination of materials so partnerships launch smoothly and expectations are met from the start
• Manage inputs for campaign setup and programming using standardized workflows and templates to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
• Partner with internal teams to track, organize, troubleshoot, and optimize client performance, leveraging AI tools to proactively detect trends or performance risks
• Collaborate closely with your sales partner to support upsells and expand Fetch’s share of partner budgets using data and trend analysis
• Ensure clients have access to timely reporting to guide budget allocation and decision-making
• Translate data and performance trends into clear, actionable recommendations for clients
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reviews, including QBRs, using AI-enabled tools to improve data visualization and storytelling
• Manage revenue actualizations and billing processes, ensuring financial records are accurate and compliant
• Support onboarding and development of newer team members by sharing best practices and contributing to pod operations
• Utilize sales-enablement, AI, and automation tools while demonstrating a growth mindset toward adopting new technologies and workflows
