- Expertise of A/B testing statistics and experimentation end-to-end design
- Proficient in Python programming for developing advanced analytics solutions and automation scripts

- Our analytics team is made up of data analysts dedicated to various areas of the business who develop reporting, insights, and serve as a consultative partner to our entire organization
- You will have your hands on our self-serve product-led business, supporting the team in making decisions, optimizing campaigns and enhancing customer acquisition – ultimately driving business growth
- Our Data Analysts play a pivotal role in empowering the Calendly team with strategic insights into user acquisition, conversion, retention, and overall business performance, specifically within the growth domain
- This role sits on the Product Analytics team, which is a part of the centralized Analytics team alongside Reporting Analytics and User Insights. Together, our team is positioned to help Calendly become a data-driven, customer-obsessed organization
- The Product Analytics team enables Calendly to understand and accelerate user growth across the entire funnel through actionable insights and data-informed strategies
- We do this by driving experimentation, optimizing go-to-market levers, analyzing product feature behaviors, and aligning these insights with Calendly’s broader growth objectives
- Utilize your deep product expertise and advanced analytics skills to drive decision-making across the organization
- This role is responsible for conducting in-depth analyses, owning experimentation from end to end, developing event tracking plans, and delivering impactful reports to measure the effectiveness of features
- Working closely with business stakeholders, the analyst translates complex business questions into structured analyses, supports experimentation through data collection and test design, and provides strategic recommendations
- A strong commercial mindset is essential, as the role requires the ability to size up ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, and guide the team toward actionable insights
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Revenue, Design, and Lifecycle to define analytics and experimentation roadmaps and identify growth opportunities
- Designing and analyzing A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize acquisition, activation, and retention strategies
- Owning the definition of success for product initiatives, ensuring features deliver meaningful and measurable user and business value
- Ensuring analytics outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with Calendly’s business goals
- Representing growth levers and business objectives in cross-functional planning and strategy discussions
- Applying statistical methods to uncover insights related to product usage (e.g., conversion funnel analysis, cohort retention, lifecycle segmentation, LTV modeling, and churn prediction)
- Building and maintaining dashboards that surface key growth trends and enable stakeholders to self-serve insights effectively
- Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive event tracking plans to ensure accurate measurement of user behavior, product adoption, and feature performance

Calendly is a cloud-based scheduling service that is straightforward to use. It allows around 10 million customers per month to connect and make appointments based on their availability without having to send emails back and forth.
The platform offers four plans, allowing individuals, small companies, and large enterprises alike to make use of these services. Organic strategies have driven Calendly's growth. Its invites become links to Calendly itself, so people who like it can, and do, start to use it.
There are a handful of competing products on the market, including offerings from Doodle and Microsoft, but Calendly's customer-friendly design has won it attention and helped it to carve a space in the field. Impressive funding has contributed to the company's expansion, and its capitalised on the increasing popularity of home and hybrid working.
