Marketing Lead, Galaxy

• To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of digital marketing and B2C marketing, as well as experience in traditional finance and a strong understanding of the digital asset space
• You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You understand how to leverage AI to maximize productivity
• You are highly analytical, with the ability to use data to drive marketing decisions and improve campaign performance
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role in the finance or crypto industry
• Proven track record of building and scaling successful marketing strategies in fast-paced, innovative industries
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, brand management, and customer engagement tactics
• Experience with data-driven marketing and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, or marketing automation software (i.e. Hubspot)

• Oversee the creation of high-impact campaigns, thought leadership content, and messaging that educates and engages target audiences in the fintech and crypto sectors
• Leverage data and analytics to measure campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive measurable growth in brand equity and customer acquisition
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging marketing technologies to ensure Galaxy remains a trailblazer in the space
