Our take
The implementation of AI in the workplace promises to accelerate repetitive tasks and savvy decision-making. However, this efficiency comes at the cost of teething problems and slow integration. To be fully empowered by the potential of AI, workplaces must quicken the adoption rate, difficult without in-house expertise.
This is the goal of Noxus, a startup building software that helps companies create and launch their own purpose-built AI workforces. Its AI workforce covers process automation, both streamlining and managing workflows, all whilst maintaining the highest standard of data privacy and security. Use cases span banking, customer service communication, competitive pricing analysis and much more, reflecting the customisable nature of the AI workforce.
Its this promise of flexible usage that helped Noxus raise a pre-seed funding round in 2025. It’s £1.5 million will be used to develop its platform and build new products, all to speed up the workforce’s meaningful integration of AI.
