• The Workplace Operations team is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the operational aspects of a work environment to ensure efficiency, productivity, and a positive work experience and reports through the Head of Facilities
• As a Workplace Manager, you will assist in developing and managing the operations of a world-class facilities programme
• Lead the UK employee onboarding process, including building access, office tours, and orientation presentations
• Manage logistical aspects of monthly staff meetings, after-hours activities, and quarterly social events, encompassing venue booking, catering, and coordination
• Coordinate with the customer experience team for guest visits and internal employee arrangements
• Support office F&B programme and manage general office supplies, ensuring all needs are met efficiently
• Implement workplace efficiency measures, track space utilisation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Handle incoming and outgoing shipments of employee equipment and hardware
• Collaborate with stakeholders to address office concerns and foster a positive and productive environment
• Oversee contracts and liaise with service providers, ensuring high standards are maintained
• Handle seating arrangements and onboarding logistics in line with current and future staffing requirements
• Execute workplace-related projects, ensuring they align with scope, budget, and timelines
