• 12+ years experience as a hands-on creative with demonstrable experience working as a copywriter (in-house, freelance or agency)
• 5+ years experience in a creative leadership role
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of successful campaigns and innovative, high-impact projects
• Experience in B2B and growth marketing in tech and social media
• Experience working in matrixed organizations

• Generate and develop conceptual ideas across all mediums – from brand campaign, branded experience, new product launches, features and company developments to the world
• Identify opportunities based on strategic insights and understanding of consumer behaviors
• Craft strong copy solutions that efficiently and accurately represent new products, features, and company developments to the world
• Own and be responsible for the craft, execution, and elevating the quality of a range of copywriting projects
• Lead the development and execution of high priority projects from concept through production and delivery
• Collaborate with and lead a diverse mix of internal and external partners to create best-in-class advertising and marketing campaigns across a wide range of verticals, disciplines and markets
• Proactively navigate a complicated cross-functional marketing organization
• Stay up-to-date on the competitive landscape and new technologies to keep Snap’s work innovative and relevant
• Help to grow, develop and define the team's creative culture
