Senior Employee Success Partner, Astranis

• 7-10+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role, with specific HR knowledge of employee relations, performance management, organizational design, and workforce planning
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence across all levels of the organization
• Strong business acumen and the ability to zoom in and out between strategic thinking and tactical execution seamlessly
• Analytically driven with strong project management skills and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Suite and HR systems such as ADP WorkforceNow, Lattice, Culture Amp, Slack, and Confluence
• Comfort with navigating ambiguity within a complex and dynamic business environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

• As a Senior Employee Success Partner (more commonly known as HR Business Partner) on the People Operations team, you will play a critical role in accelerating the growth of Astranis
• You will be a strategic business partner and consultant for leaders and individual contributors, helping build organizational strategies and solutions that will empower and enable everyone to do their best work
• Provide guidance and thought leadership on People-related topics including performance management, career development, employee engagement, organizational design, change management, employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and other key initiatives
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor for all team members in the departments you support, from senior leaders to entry-level new hires
• Partner cross-functionally to design and execute scalable People programs, systems, and tools that support key business objectives and drive organizational excellence
• Lead and support People projects and initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience, ensuring that our team members love where they work
• Leverage organizational health data to identify key opportunities and inform overall strategy
• Working onsite at our San Francisco HQ 5 days a week and commit to 55 hours per week
