Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of proven experience in demand generation, particularly within SaaS/tech
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, including affiliate/ partnerships, dark social, thought leadership, paid social, SEO, events, and Account-Based Marketing (ABM), and email marketing
- Specific understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Preference for candidates with experience in SaaS marketing
What the job involves
- As a Demand Generation Manager at Kaspr, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth within our SMB initiatives as we continue to expand the Kaspr brand internationally
- Your responsibilities will include planning, implementing, and measuring multi-channel demand generation strategies to ensure our efforts are data-driven and results-oriented
- Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders across the entire marketing team and the broader business to drive key results
- Campaign Management: Develop and execute seamless multi-channel demand generation campaigns targeting the Small Business segment. This includes enhancing brand awareness, accelerating inbound pipeline and revenue, and consistently surpassing benchmarks on a monthly basis. Experience implementing dark social content and affiliate/ partnership experience is desirable
- Strategic Thinking: Lead the strategy and execution of new campaigns as we move upmarket. Collaborate closely with the content and paid teams to design and implement new initiatives while improving existing campaigns for maximum impact
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Own the reporting process for your demand generation activities. Analyze performance data and provide insightful storytelling that informs strategic decisions and improvements
- Continuous Optimization: Use data insights to inform and refine new campaigns, tactics, and programs, ensuring ongoing optimisation of existing efforts
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the broader marketing team to ensure you are aligned on key messaging, effective reporting practices, customer journey initiatives, and critical customer insights
