Who you are
- Degree in a relevant field of study, e.g. business administration, human resources, psychology or in the technical field
- Exceptional communication and great negotiation skills
- Passion for recruiting and recruiting trends
- Relevant and up-to-date active sourcing know-how
- Experience with recruiting and hiring leasing professionals is an advantage
- Understanding of the success factors for a great candidate experience
- Enthusiastic and professional appearance internally and externally
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fine feeling and reliable methodology for recognising motivation and needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, German is a big plus
What the job involves
- As a Junior Recruiter at HOLOPLOT, you will play a crucial role in supporting our talent acquisition efforts and contributing to our ambitious growth plans!
- Working closely with the People and leadership teams, you will help the growth and success of our organization by identifying and attracting top talent
- Responsibility for the recruiting process, from defining and drafting the job description to the onboarding of new employees
- Strategic as well as operative recruiting
- Utilization of various channels to source potential candidates
- Screening and assessing candidates to ensure alignment with position requirements
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Conducting initial interview screenings to evaluate candidate qualifications
- Building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
- Fostering relationships with potential candidates for long-term recruitment success
- Further development and continuous improvement of recruiting processes and employer branding
- Selection, management and close exchange with external service providers such as headhunters and agencies for leasing staff
- Constant KPI analysis and identification of measures for improvement
- Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations and projects
