Who you are

  • 15+ years of professional experience in management consulting or a marketing & advertising agency in a highly matrixed global environment with expertise in MarTech or AdTech
  • Proven managerial experience with exceptional skills in relationship-building, cross-organizational partnering, and driving results through influence and negotiation
  • Dynamic leader adept at connecting the dots between clients and delivery teams, skilled in managing expectations and building positive relationships
  • In-depth understanding of industries supported, with the ability to apply business offerings at the senior level and identify growth opportunities

What the job involves

  • As Vice President of Client Engagement at Epsilon, you'll be the driving force behind orchestrating and delivering our PeopleCloud MarTech, AdTech, and Data solutions and services to our clients
  • By working within our "Power of One" model, you'll collaborate across multiple Publicis Groupe agencies to provide seamless, integrated solutions that deliver exceptional outcomes and value for clients
  • Your role will involve cultivating day-to-day partnerships with both clients and internal teams, ensuring that our services consistently meet and exceed client expectations
  • Through your leadership, you'll foster cohesive, strategic relationships that highlight our commitment to ensuring successful engagement, client satisfaction, and contributing to business growth
  • Lead and mentor teams to exceed quotas, manage pipelines, forecast bookings, and close service deals successfully
  • Implement scalable, repeatable processes to ensure excellence in the delivery of client solutions and business retention
  • Establish and nurture client relationships to ensure satisfaction with our products and services
  • Drive collaboration with internal teams throughout the client lifecycle, serving as a vocal leader in engagements
  • Orchestrate and deliver on multiple solutions and products, translating expectations across stakeholders
  • Enhance customer value by ensuring a deep understanding of client needs, behaviors, and outcomes
  • Develop a high-performing team focused on driving profitable client engagements

Our take

The last decade has seen huge growth in digital advertising revenues. For the first time in 2019, digital ad spending surpassed traditional ad spending in the U.S.

To market effectively, brands need a clear understanding of their customers. Epsilion provides connections between people and brands for marketers through its PeopleCloud platform, unifying otherwise disconnected marketing data into profiles of 250 million unique consumers. Once this data is assembled and anonymized, each profile is assigned a "COREID", a secure and verified profile that stays with the consumer. This allows Epsilon's customers to ensure that they are always reaching the right people with their marketing efforts, and that they are complying with increasingly strict privacy and data protection regulations.

Epsilon counts many well-known brands among its clients, including L'Oréal, Marriott, John Lewis & Curry's. In 2019, Epsilon was acquired by Publicis Groupe for $4.4 billion, one of the largest acquisitions in marketing history. The recent acquisition of Yieldify by Publicis and its future integration with Epsilon will greatly improve Epsilon's personalization capabilities and strengthen the company's offering to mid-market clients.
