Role
Who you are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience coordinating and executing demand generation campaigns or in a similar position developing the French market
- Fluency in French and English
- SaaS or enterprise software experience, with a compliance solutions vendor would be a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a distributed team / matrixed environment with proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders to drive a project or programme to success
- Knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, social platforms such as LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, an entrepreneurial attitude and the ability to thrive in an environment of change
- Experience in negotiating with and managing suppliers
- Ability to travel as needed – up to 25%
- Ability to drive results through your job competencies of decision-making, marketing strategy and project management
- Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instils trust
What the job involves
- As our Demand Generation Specialist, you will join our fast-paced Marketing team and take full responsibility for developing the NAVEX brand in France and Southern Europe
- You’ll market our software solutions to existing customers and new audiences and enjoy the opportunity to contribute directly to sales pipeline
- Drive all aspects of Field Marketing in your region, including demand generation, content, PR, digital, events, etc
- Partner with the locale Sales team(s) translating business objectives into an efficient and effective integrated marketing plan
- Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with BDRs, Sales and cross-functional marketing teams to identify gaps and opportunities to build the NAVEX brand in France, driving pipeline and revenue growth
- Manage the extension of global marketing activities into France
- Execute a variety of marketing programmes and activities including cross sell/upsell campaigns, acquisition campaigns, and events/webinars
- Measure marketing impact and evaluate event/campaign performance to drive continuous improvement and improve the overall effectiveness of marketing
