Who you are
- 4+ years selling SaaS to enterprise brand or CPG marketing teams
- Proven record of beating quota on six-figure, multi-threaded deals
- Comfortable running your own outbound and owning every stage in HubSpot or similar
- Fluent in brand-side metrics such as CAC, ROAS, and asset velocity
- Zero-to-one is your comfort zone and you enjoy building process from scratch
- You can translate “neural rendering” into “faster post schedule” without losing the room
- Movie magic still gives you goosebumps and you share behind-the-scenes trivia for fun
- “Iterate, ship, learn” sounds better than “submit, review, wait”
- You believe better tools unlock better stories and you want to prove it

What the job involves
- We are hiring our first Enterprise Account Executive for brands - a pioneer who can open doors at Fortune 500s and breakout D2C challengers, prove immediate value through smart pilots, and grow those wins into lasting partnerships
- Your mission is to weave Luma’s visual-first AI into brand marketing workflows so teams move from idea to on-brand assets in record time
- Prospect With Purpose – You'll build hyper-targeted lists of CMOs, creative-ops leads, and e-commerce owners, then craft outreach that earns first calls
- Discovery Deep-Dives – Unpack each brand’s concept-to-campaign process, surfacing pain points our AI can solve in days, not months
- Prototype to Proof – Spin up fast POCs inside Dream Machine, letting stakeholders see their own products come to life in minutes
- Negotiate & Navigate – Guide buyers through legal, security, and procurement while structuring multi-year agreements that scale
- Signal Back – Funnel market feedback to product and design so upcoming releases land squarely on brand-team needs
- Celebrate & Expand – Track adoption metrics, spotlight success stories, and uncover budget for the next use case

In 2025, Luma topok a major leap forward with the launch of Ray3, its most advanced miveo model yet. Ray3 introduces true cinematic capabilities, like native HDR support, natural motion, character consistency, and a built-in reasoning system tha tlets the model "think through" a scene before generating it. Instead of behaving like a random slot machine, Ray3 can plan shots, understand director, and refine its output the way a real filmmaker would. So creators can storyboard visually with annotations, combine multiple scenes more smoothly, and generate 10-second, high-fidelity clips with far more control that previous models allowed.
This momentum is amplified by a wave of strong partnerships and industry adoption. Adobe selected Ray3 as its first third-party video generation model inside Firefly, giving millions of creative professionals access to Luma's technology directly in their everyday tools like Premiere Pro. The company is also working with major players like the Clio Awards, Dentsu Digital, Monks, StrawberryFrog, and Humain, all using Luma's models to push the boundaries of advertising, entertainment, and personalized content.
