Who you are
- At least 3 years experience in copywriting (growth, CRM or UX writing)
- Strong copywriting skills and excellent spelling at German native level
- Understanding of different target audiences (parents, children) & ability to adapt tonality specifically
- Independent, proactive approach and motivation to get things done
- Very good prioritization and strong communication skills in exchange with stakeholders
- German language skills at native speaker level (C2) and business fluent English skills (C1)
- Nice to have: Experience in the conception of CRM campaigns and A/B testing as well as data-driven optimization of copy
What the job involves
- As Copywriter & CRM Manager (gn), you’ll be part of our Product Growth Team, playing a key role in both customer acquisition and enhancing the user experience (Engagement & Retention)
- You’ll craft compelling copy for our growth initiatives and UX texts that make our learning app intuitive and accessible for children and students
- At the same time, you’ll optimize CRM campaigns to guide and retain users throughout the entire customer journey
- Targeted copywriting: Develop engaging growth copy that convinces parents to purchase our product, while also creating child-friendly UX texts for our learning apps
- A/B testing & optimization: Work with the Growth team to experiment with copy variations and identify the most effective messaging for customers
- UX writing & product communication: Support the Core Product Teams with UX copy for new features and craft clear, intuitive texts for our learning products
- CRM campaigns & automation: Create and optimize CRM communication that activates users and fosters long-term retention
- Stakeholder management: Collaborate closely with Growth, CRM, and Product teams to ensure a consistent and impactful communication strategy
