Senior Product Manager, MaintainX

• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in growth-focused roles within SaaS companies
• Proven track record of driving measurable growth in user acquisition, activation, and retention
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Thrives with start-up pace with the ability to balance scrappy execution for fast results alongside the creation of frameworks and processes to scale out the team
• Can inspire and rally a team around a clear roadmap to meet specific KPIs
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for scaling SaaS products
• Ability to build relationships and effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization from executives to ICs

• As the Senior Product Manager, Growth, you will own and drive initiatives that improve customer activation, retention, and expansion
• You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, designing experiments, and delivering features that contribute directly to revenue growth and user engagement
• Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across the customer lifecycle, from acquisition to retention and expansion
• Design, launch, and analyze A/B tests to optimize user onboarding, conversion, and upsell opportunities
• Develop the product roadmap for growth-related initiatives, balancing short-term wins with long-term strategic goals
