• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably within a SaaS company
• A proven track record of successfully running an ARR business of 25m - 100m USD with small, medium and large customers

• Develop and execute the revenue operations strategy aligned with the company’s overall business goals
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales operations team
• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Oversee the administration and optimisation of the CRM system and other sales tools
• Develop and maintain comprehensive sales performance metrics, dashboards, and reports
• Lead the development of accurate revenue forecasts and budgets
• Work closely with sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of strategies and to drive cohesive revenue growth
• Design and manage effective sales compensation plans and incentive programs
• Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
• Drive initiatives to improve customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
