Who you are
- This role requires strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external colleagues, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities

- The role requires previous experience of working as a Personal Assistant in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- You will have excellent time-management and organisational skills with the ability to work on your own initiative to tight deadlines, using judgment to make decisions and prioritise your workload
- You will need to have strong conviction in your decision making, stakeholder management & show clear judgment independently. Strong attention to detail and an adaptable attitude will also be key to this role
- You will need strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and with different audiences
What the job involves
- We are seeking a Personal Assistant to provide high-quality support to our Programme Directors (PDs) in a central co-ordinating role
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with travel arrangements, expenses & the PD experience
- You will oversee these tasks with a high-level of professionalism and confidentiality
- This includes managing the schedule of our Programme Directors at a group level, supporting PD Training, and arranging meetings and events
- Please be aware that this role may require occasional travel across the UK, to assist the PDs at meetings and events
- Supporting PD with travel arrangements and expenses
- Assist all teams across ARIA to coordinate the PD group schedule
- Collaborating with the Product team to help schedule and manage the PDs training schedule
- Supporting the Communications team on tracking PD events and media engagements
- Working closely with the Executive Assistant team to:
- Coordinate org-wide weekly team meetings & internal communications
- Ensure coordination of processes & alignment across the organisation
- Cover for other EA’s when needed (e.g. annual leave)
