Role
Who you are
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is preferred
- 6+ years of finance experience focused in financial planning and analysis
- Experience in complex modeling, specifically within workforce models and variable expenses
- Experience understanding and resolving complex issues while applying data and preparing in-depth analysis
- Understanding of financial systems, processes, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement
- Experience communicating analytical findings for a range of different audiences
- Experience presenting complex financial information in easily understood formats
- Can work with employees at all levels of the organization in a collaborative environment
- Experience leading departments to planned targets
- Healthcare domain experience
- Capability to remain seated in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Eye-hand coordination and manual dexterity to operate keyboard, computer and other office-related equipment
What the job involves
- The Finance Manager - Cost of Revenue role is responsible for forecasting, analysis, and partnership with business operations to outline strategies for cost of revenue
- In this remote role, you will oversee the financial models for clinical staffing and fixed costs required for our revenue
- Reporting to the Finance Director, you will own financial models through a close partnership with the business, ensuring our goals are met
- You will build financial reporting dashboards and models while assisting with data standardization in financial reporting tools
- You will work on long-term planning, annual planning and monthly forecasting process in partnership with the product line owners
- You will create excellent financial and business partnerships that help drive improved product profitability
- You will perform proactive cost tracking activities and report out
- You will become a key partner to the operations and general management team by providing financial insight and supporting strategic decisions for the business
