Marketing Lead, Healthera

• 3–6 years’ experience in B2B or SaaS marketing, ideally in a small or scaling company
• Hands-on experience running HubSpot campaigns, including list segmentation, automation, and reporting
• Strong copywriting and messaging skills - confident creating campaign, email, and landing page content yourself
• Working knowledge of SEO - comfortable reviewing keywords, optimising content, and briefing improvements
• Confident using Google Sheets for campaign analysis, tracking performance, and reporting metrics
• Strong stakeholder management skills - able to work directly with Sales, Ops, and Product teams to prioritise and communicate clearly.

Desirable

• Own day-to-day marketing execution: plan, build, and send campaigns across email, web, and in-app channels
• Review and refine campaign logic - checking segmentation, triggers, and workflows in HubSpot to ensure accuracy and conversion impact
• Create copy and content that aligns with our value proposition - supporting both pharmacy acquisition and patient engagement
• Improve SEO performance by reviewing on-page content, structure, and meta data to drive organic visibility
• Report on campaign performance using HubSpot and Google Sheets - identifying what’s working and where to iterate
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, ensuring marketing activity reflects commercial priorities and supports ongoing initiatives
• Bring structure and consistency to a marketing setup that’s being rebuilt - establishing simple, repeatable practices that can scale
