What the job involves

- As an HR & Office Manager, your role will be pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Ensure availability of office and IT equipment for all employees
- Successfully onboard new hires with minimal disruptions. 🤝
- Maintain up-to-date HR administrative records with a first-time-right approach
- Implement process improvements that save X hours/month in operational time
- Manage IT stock, office supplies, and equipment to ensure everything runs smoothly. 💻
- Oversee employee onboarding logistics, from preparing workstations to delivering an excellent first-day experience
- Handle facility-related tasks and ensure the office environment is optimized for productivity. 💭
- Maintain and improve HR administrative processes (medical visits, payroll, ... ). 💰
- Support recruitment efforts when needed
- Proactively identify inefficiencies and propose solutions to improve workflows. 📊

Greenly's AI-powered system tracks emissions across all business functions, and provides suggestions on how best to reduce them. In addition, its consultants accompany businesses in their carbon accounting journey and check that the accounting is accurate before releasing GHG reports.
