Role
Who you are
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly within Sales and Go-To-Market functions
- You have a knack for building strong relationships and trust with both candidates and hiring managers, enhancing the overall recruitment process
- You’re ready to dive into any task, no matter how big or small, to effectively manage and support the recruiting function as the second GTM recruiter on our team
- You have an analytical mindset and recognize the importance of tracking metrics to inform and optimize the recruiting process
- You are highly organized, working with a strong sense of urgency, and can quickly prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
What the job involves
- We are looking for a strategic full-cycle recruiter to help support Hebbia’s revenue function and scale hiring efforts to the next level. This is an opportunity to build the recruiting function from the ground up alongside the Head of People and Revenue Recruiting Partners
- You will help lay processes and frameworks to build robust talent pipelines for Sales, Account Development, Sales Engineering, and more
- You'll be instrumental in building our critical revenue functions, partnering closely with hiring managers and founding team members
- You'll execute strategies to attract top-tier talent to Hebbia to ensure we hire the top talent for our GTM teams
- Own and manage the entire recruitment process for non-technical roles. Develop effective strategies, source and attract top talent, coordinate interviews, and negotiate offers to secure the best candidates
- Represent Hebbia externally, sharing our story and delivering a compelling employment proposition to candidates
- Proactively maintain a steady flow of qualified candidates for each search
- Continuously evaluate and improve our recruiting systems and processes, making them more efficient and effective for both candidates and hiring managers
- Ensure interview panels are well-prepared and deliver a consistent, fair, and exceptional candidate experience. Develop and standardize thoughtful interview processes

Founded in 2020, Hebbia is an AI-powered search engine that processes complex requests through the use of deep learning techniques and models that aid in knowledge graph work, semantic analysis, and AI.
The first product the company produced was a Chrome plugin that upgrades the search function to reach beyond traditional text pattern matching, and instead begins to comprehend the query and how answers might be given on the page.
Raising funding from Peter Thiel, Index Ventures, Jerry Yang (Yahoo founder), and Ram Sriram (one of the first Google investors) to name a few, capital has been put towards building the engineering team and accelerating the development of products on the platform, as well as expanding its customer base into that of the professional services industries.
