Who you are
- Basic Qualifications: Sr. Associate: 3+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation
- Basic Qualifications: Mid level: 5+ years of experience in quality engineering with a strong focus on test automation
- Proficiency in modern automation tools and technologies; experience with Playwright is a significant plus
- Experience in testing Python and React applications, showcasing a quality engineering attitude
- Demonstrated ability in Algorithmic Thinking, including [insert specific algorithms or data structures], to design efficient test automation scripts and solutions
- Basic experience with Automated Testing, including [insert specific automation tools or frameworks], and the ability to [insert actions like write or execute] automated tests

- You will be joining the Evisort AI team, which functions as a startup within Workday. This is your opportunity to build at the pace of innovation of a startup, while backed by the enormous support and impacting Workday’s incredible customer base of 70M+ users
- Collaborate closely with our agile, multi-functional engineering team to build a robust, enterprise-grade SaaS contract management platform
- Drive the quality assurance process by implementing comprehensive automated functional and regression testing, ensuring our platform consistently meets the highest quality standards
- Enhance platform scalability by implementing effective performance and load testing strategies
- Partner with software developers and product managers to define features and establish criteria for verifying correct implementation, fostering a quality-first attitude throughout the development cycle
- Apply your expertise in test automation to design, develop, and maintain efficient test automation frameworks that support continuous delivery and integration

Workday is a cloud-based software vendor that provides management of workforces and finances. The company uses a single database for workforce management and financial management to offer integration and optimize business intelligence across companies. It has added to the packages and tools it offers over the years, providing analytic options that allow companies to combine third-party data with information collected by Workday.
Workday has acquired and paired up with many other companies to keep expanding its offering. In 2021, it purchased the employee feedback platform Peakon in response to the growing need for managers to be able to survey workers and collect satisfaction data without face-to-face meetings. The company has also bought and developed many financial tools and HR management tools.
