Role
Who you are
- You have initial experience in event management, project management or a comparable role
- You value a high level of detail-orientation and accuracy - especially in technical and operational tasks
- You have a talent for organisation, a sense of responsibility and a structured way of working as well as strong communication skills - also in exchange with external partners
- Ideally, you have experience with Salesforce, Pardot or GoToWebinar and are confident in using MS Office, especially Excel
- You speak German at native speaker level and have a very good command of English
What the job involves
- Organising our webinars - structured, on time, accurately: You plan, coordinate and set up our webinars independently. You use tools such as Salesforce, Pardot and GoToWebinar - and keep track of several parallel events. You ensure the right communication, invitations, follow-ups and technical set-ups
- Trade fairs & face-to-face events - from the initial briefing to set-up and dismantling: You will support the organisation of our offline events, e.g. trade fairs, customer days or partner formats
- You plan timings, coordinate service providers, take care of material dispatch, order giveaways and trade fair equipment and keep an eye on all to-do's. You also master spontaneous challenges with calm and structure
- Media bookings - handled with precision: You coordinate the booking of adverts and media placements for events and take care of communication with partners and media companies
- Mailings - from invitations to reporting: You create mailings in Salesforce/Pardot (e.g. for webinars, promotions, newsletters), optimise texts, create distribution lists and ensure that they are sent out on time. You will also be responsible for analysing performance (Excel reporting)

Compared to other industries, the real estate sector has been rather left behind by technological developments, still relying on old-fashioned record-keeping and telephone communications. casavi's platform automates and streamlines many aspects of the property management business, allowing for online ticketing and service apps for tenants. Most notably, its collaborative platform, Relay, allows real-time communication between over 50,000 real estate service providers. As an early mover in a sector urgently in need of modernisation, casavi has quickly earned a client base of over 1,600 property managers, housing associations and commercial property owners with a collective portfolio of over 130,000 buildings.
Having raised funding, casavi is moving to cement its leading position in the DACH PropTech sector. It is working to develop its product with a focus on automation features, expand its partnership scheme to more real estate services and build out its team. In the longer term, it will scale its solution and increase its customer base in the DACH region.
