Who you are
- This role is perfect for a generalist who is adaptable, able to build relationships and has experience of working in a fast paced start up
- Experience: Around 3+ years in an operations or project management role — ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Organisation & Detail: Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professionalism and the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Proactive & Problem-Solving: A self-starter who takes initiative, anticipates needs, and solves problems independently
- Adaptable & Resilient: Comfortable with change and able to stay calm under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Team Player: Collaborative and supportive, willing to pitch in wherever needed to help the business succeed

What the job involves
- We’re looking for an Founders Associate to play a key role in keeping our business running smoothly as we scale. In this generalist role, you’ll work closely with our CEO and leadership team. You’ll help manage day-to-day operations, offer strategic assistance to the CEO, support the finance function, coordinate projects, and ensure the team environment enables our team to do their best work
- You’ll gain exposure across the business – from finance and operations to executive support and people & culture – making it a great stepping stone for growth in a fast-paced startup environment
- Executive Support: Provide support to the CEO including meeting coordination and planning, follow ups, and communication with stakeholders
- Project Coordination: Support the planning and execution of cross-functional projects, helping to organise priorities and ensure follow-through
- Special Projects: Lead high-impact strategic and operational initiatives directly with the CEO – from research and analysis to execution – helping turn ideas into actionable outcomes across commercial and operations
- People & Culture: Organise and coordinate company meetings, workshops, and team events, maintaining a thriving and unique team culture
- Business Insights: Help track company data and OKRs to provide insights that support growth and efficiency
- Hiring: Support with onboarding/ offboard employees, legal agreements and hiring processes
- Investor & Board Support: Prepare materials and insights for investor updates, board meetings, or fundraising activity
- Internal Communications: Support company-wide communications to ensure alignment and transparency across teams
- Documentation & Compliance: Assist with preparing presentations, documenting processes, and liaising with legal or compliance partners as required
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, tools, and systems to enhance operational efficiency
