Role
Who you are
- 5-10 years of experience in growth marketing, with expertise across performance marketing and growth experimentation testing new channels and scaling existing channels in VC backed early stage startups
- Channels: Proven track record managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns; experience with additional platforms like TikTok is a plus
- Experimentation: Deep experience in funnel optimization, go-to-market experimentation, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and landing page design/testing
- PLG Expertise: Demonstrated success in leveraging organic growth channels such as community, referrals, and partnerships to drive customer acquisition
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, interpret insights, and make data-informed decisions to improve campaign performance
- Mindset: Growth-oriented, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment, enjoy being a doer
- Bonus: prior experience doing patient acquisition with insurance
What the job involves
- As the Demand Generation/Growth Marketing Leader, you will play a key role in driving customer acquisition for both therapists and patients
- You will design, execute, and optimize growth strategies across paid and organic channels
- You will focus on performance marketing, growth experimentation, and product-led growth to fuel our mission of making psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy more accessible
- Design and execute growth experiments across the marketing funnel, including go-to-market strategies, funnel conversion optimization, and landing page testing
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create high-converting landing pages and compelling marketing assets
- Build and refine customer journeys to improve engagement and maximize conversions
- Develop, manage, and optimize campaigns across key paid channels, including Meta and Google Ads via an agency
- Explore and test additional paid channels (e.g., TikTok, LinkedIn) to expand acquisition reach
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize for efficiency and scalability
- Identify and leverage organic growth levers such as SEO, blog and partnerships to drive acquisition
- Collaborate with the product team to optimize referral programs and community-driven growth initiatives
- Analyze user behavior and feedback to uncover opportunities for organic growth
