Role
Who you are
- We are looking for an intelligent and capable individual who is eager to learn and is passionate about shaping processes; ultimately you will be assisting GetAgent on our journey and supporting our growth
- Ability to organise, multi-task and prioritise, often switching quickly between tasks
- High level of accuracy, following processes and managing queries efficiently
- Ability to calmly handle issues/complaints and find solutions
- Comfortable Speaking over the phone, providing a high level of customer experience
- Excellent writing and numerical skills

- Previous experience in a similar position
- Experience with objection handling and negotiation
- Experience/Interest in the UK property Market
What the job involves
- We're looking for a Junior Operations Executive to join the team on a 12 month fixed term contract as a maternity cover
- Manage the email support system, reply to enquiries and log customer information
- Assist in developing and maintaining partner relationships, resolving any issues in a timely manner and escalating through the appropriate channels if necessary
- Call clients to confirm the status of property sales and check on progress
- Use our bespoke software to track a property's journey and update the database accordingly
- Resolve disputes in a fair and professional manner
- Assist the Operations Team with administrative duties when required

Altogether, the sales of over £100 billion worth of property have been associated with the platform, through hundreds of thousands of homeowner users.
The data GetAgent uses to create performance comparisons originates from the research the company had conducted itself on the real estate industry, the results of which it makes publicly available. This transparency, and the wider work of the platform, aim to contribute to improving the competitiveness of the estate agency market in an alternative way to other market players.
