Role
Who you are
- 5+ years supporting IT infrastructure in a large, multinational organization, particularly in a majority-SaaS environment
- Extensive hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft Azure, Entra ID (Azure AD) and Google Workspace (G Suite)
- Scripting experience with PowerShell, Python, or Bash
- Familiarity with endpoint management (Workspace One and Intune) and supporting a large fleet of corporate-owned and bring-your-own devices
- Strong understanding of DNS, TCP/IP, DHCP, and network troubleshooting
- Experience working within Agile frameworks and related tools, such as ServiceNow
- You are a self-starter, a quick learner, and a great team player, but can also be successful on your own
Desirable
- ITIL V3 or V4 Foundation Certified and/or related Microsoft or Google Certifications
- Hands-on experience with endpoint management and MDM solutions such as Intune or Workspace ONE
- Proven experience supporting a fully cloud-based IT infrastructure
- Experience with automation platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi
What the job involves
- StockX is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and focused individual with experience in growing and improving internal IT functions that support the strategic IT vision as well as enable the short and long-term goals of the business as a whole
- As a Cloud Engineer on the StockX IT Infrastructure team, you will play a vital role in the implementation and administration of our global systems and infrastructure services supporting a large, distributed workforce
- Design and implement solutions to strengthen our IT infrastructure using centrally managed, cloud-based tools
- Automate manual processes wherever possible
- Serve as an escalation point for day-to-day Helpdesk tickets
- Document new technologies and train employees on their use
- Review hardware and software to ensure compliance with policies, standards, and configuration guidelines
- Contribute to infrastructure projects that improve and streamline business initiatives
- Participate in after-hours on-call rotations as needed

StockX pairs buyers with sellers and verifies products through its live bid-and-ask structure, funding itself by charging a transaction fee on each sale. In return it verifies each item sold on the platform for authenticity and condition, setting it aside from competitors in this space such as TheRealReal.
The company is now hoping to further distinguish itself by working directly with brands to release products through the platform, with a vision to letting its customers set the price for goods in the same way investors do for shares in the stock exchange.
Despite issues including allegations of counterfeiting from Nike and a general slowdown in the resale goods market over 2022, StockX has continued its rapid growth, doubling the number of buyers on its network to 12 million. While a global economic slowdown has caused it to give up on plans for an IPO in the near term, StockX is nonetheless planning to expand its product line and expand internationally in the near future.
