Who you are

- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree
- 4+ years of direct product management experience building high-quality consumer products
- Demonstrated history of using research, experimentation and analytics to guide decision making
- (Nice to have) Experience working in fintech or sports betting

What the job involves
- The Prediction Markets team’s mission is to expand access to sophisticated financial instruments by making them intuitive and accessible to retail traders
- We focus on launching new products such as futures and event-based contracts, including sports prediction markets
- The team partners cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, compliance, marketing, and research to unlock entirely new trading experiences
- As a Product Manager, you will lead initiatives within one of Robinhood’s newest business lines—prediction markets
- You’ll shape the future of how users engage with complex financial tools by simplifying decision-making and creating thoughtful, engaging experiences for our retail audience. This is an opportunity to drive new product innovation from the ground up!
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, data scientists, marketers, and researchers to deliver new prediction market and event-based trading experiences
- Define product strategy and roadmap for prediction markets and related offerings
- Translate user insights into thoughtful product decisions that balance simplicity, compliance, and trading sophistication
- Launch new products from zero-to-one, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality execution
- Use data, experimentation, and market analysis to guide prioritization and measure success
