Location Marketing Manager, Osprey Charging Network

• 2+ year's experience in a marketing, campaign or brand role (ideally location-based, retail, event sectors)
• Proven track record of planning and delivering targeted multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills.
• Confident working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgets, taking budgetary decisions, and working with external suppliers/agencies.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Hands-on attitude with the ability to balance strategic planning with execution.
• Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or OOH planning tools.
• UK Driver’s License – regular travel will be required as part of this role.

Desirable

• Own the marketing plan for new site launches – from initial campaign planning through to execution and measurement.
• Plan and manage campaigns at existing sites in order to increase performance when required.
• Manage budgets and timelines for each site launch campaign, ensuring activity is effective and cost-efficient.
• Determine the most impactful activity per location, tailoring the approach to the site’s location, audience and partner needs Tactics may include: - Paid digital advertising (Google, Meta, etc.) - Local leaflet/flyer drops - Out-of-home advertising (e.g. billboards, bus stops) - Local partnerships and event presence
• Manage local PR activity.
• Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to deliver engaging location-specific content on Osprey’s social platforms.
• Plan and implement content capture at key locations (e.g. photography and video of new sites, customer interactions, community engagement).
• Work closely with internal stakeholders, including the acquisitions, account management, project delivery, and broader marketing team to align on timelines and messaging.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance and local engagement, using data to optimise future campaigns.
