Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Proficient in Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
Hands-on experience with HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other digital marketing platforms
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects at once
A self-starter with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude and drive to grow with the team
Experience in these core Tools: Hubspot, Adobe Creative Cloud Products, Digital Ads, G-Suite

What the job involves

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join our team full-time
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, etc.)
Support the creation of marketing materials including flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and digital advertising using Adobe Creative Cloud products (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc)
Assist in the planning and coordination of conferences, trade shows, and company events, including logistics and vendor management
Monitor website traffic, social media engagement, and other key performance indicators using tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, Google Sheets, etc
Assist in content creation, including copywriting for social media posts, blog articles, and email newsletters
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to coordinate marketing initiatives and ensure deadlines are met
Champion ideas in team brainstorming sessions and take ownership of special marketing projects from kickoff to completion

Recognizing this misalignment is Arbital Health, which leverages technology to design and measure outcome-based contracts, acting as an impartial entity to assess whether agreed-upon outcomes are fulfilled. The company's product offerings include value assessments for health vendors, value analysis for payers, and actuarial advisory services.

Arbital Health has secured significant funding, the latest of which supports the expansion of its payer and provider facing capabilities, growth of its market-leading actuarial team, and many more ventures. It has also launched Merlin AI, a value-based care assistant that helps providers, payers, and other risk bearing organizations to work with complex contracts more easily.
