Product Manager, Dexter

• 2+ years of experience in short-term power markets in EU (day-ahead, intraday, or imbalance)
• At least 3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, including leading products from concept to delivery
• Entrepreneurial experience, such as launching or scaling a business

• We’re looking for a Product Manager to launch and lead Dexter’s new Market Forecasting business line - from initial concept to commercial traction. This is a unique opportunity to shape a new product area with a direct impact on how energy players navigate their renewables and battery portfolios amid increasingly complex market dynamics
• You’ll work closely with leadership, customers, and technical teams to define the value proposition, product vision, test hypotheses, and bring the first version of our market forecasts to life
• Lead customer research to refine the positioning and value proposition of Dexter’s market forecasting product line
• Build and execute a go-to-market and launch plan, including roadmap, milestones, and required resources
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to turn strategy into actionable deliverables
• Drive early business development efforts and onboard the first live clients
• Support scaling once commercial traction is achieved
• You’ll report directly to Luuk Veeken, CEO and Co-founder of Dexter
