What the job involves

Phantom Technologies, Inc. seeks a Staff Software Engineer, Full Stack, in San Francisco, CA to perform the following job duties:
Own feature development on Phantom web platforms including but not limited to the Phantom Extension and the Mobile App
Lead initiatives to add support for other blockchains and launch new complimentary products and/or infrastructure
Build engineering infrastructure to speed up and optimize workflows for the entire Engineering team
Cross-collaborate with different teams as needed to create and foster a positive work environment as well as raise the bar for hiring
