Who you are
- Proven experience managing and activating partnerships for major brands within sports or entertainment (as a rough guide, we would expect circa 3-5 years working in this function)
- New ideas and an entrepreneurial approach to delivering value for sponsors
- A strong ability to demonstrate partnership ROI through data analysis
- A proactive, can-do approach to account management, constantly interrogating our work and suggesting new solutions/ opportunities
- An interest in building lasting relationships with clients, sponsors and stakeholders, ‘a people person’
- A thorough understanding of the sports sponsorship industry
- Excellent time management, organisational skills and attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken English
What the job involves
- Two Circles is the exclusive sponsorship agency of UEFA Women's Football, and exclusive media sales agency for the UEFA Women's Champions League
- With this partnership, we will also be supporting in a partnership management capacity, working as an extension of the UEFA Women's Football team
- A Two Circles Partner Manager will account manage key sponsors within this portfolio
- Responsible for building and managing day-to-day relationships with partners, and the fulfilment of their rights packages – including strategy, activation, analysis and evaluation
- Working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, social, digital, CRM, commercial operations, ticketing, legal and more…
- One week you will be planning rights and asset delivery, the next week on-the-ground helping bring visions to life, and then analysing performance data
- On occasions, travelling within Europe to visit partners and UEFA

As well as delivering front-running marketing tech and services for the sports industry, the company also dedicates itself to improving diversity and inclusion in sports, including its "Diversity in Sports" mentoring program that aims to accelerate the growth of under-represented talent across the industry.
Two Circles works with more than 300 sports rights holders including the likes of the NFL, UEFA, F1, and the ICC as well as $1bn sponsorship revenues. A series of acquisitions have contributed to the expansion of the business - for example, that of Australia-based digital specialist Codeware, which came alongside the opening of a Melbourne office, has enabled it to grow its presence in the Oceania region and bolster its tech offering
