Staff Software Engineer, Ridepanda

• Experience: 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years at a staff or principal level, leading the architecture and execution of large-scale technical projects
• Strong Knowledge of Compliance & Security: Experience with SOC2, GDPR, or other security frameworks, and the ability to implement and scale solutions that meet these requirements
• IoT Expertise: Familiarity with IoT integrations, protocols, and security concerns
• Internationalization (i18n): Proven experience with internationalizing software systems and handling localization challenges
• Mentorship & Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and lead by example, promoting a culture of learning and collaboration
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, or similar), cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern frontend frameworks
• Excellent Communication: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
