Who you are
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel, Power Point, Word)

What the job involves
- Our department is a dynamic and fast-growing team which generates a significant contribution to YOOBIC’s overarching goals
- As an implementation team, our goal is to ensure YOOBIC clients are set up correctly for success and get the most of the YOOBIC platform when they launch
- We are looking for someone who is highly collaborative, loves innovation, and who has the ability to support our project managers and consultants in implementing, customizing and deploying the solution with our clients from different industries (from the fashion industry to groceries to pharmaceutical)
- We're offering a paid 12-month internship where you'll have the chance to make a real impact
- As a trusted member of our team, you'll take on client-facing responsibilities, lead client meetings, and contribute directly to meaningful projects
- Join our dynamic Manhattan-based team and collaborate with colleagues from our multicultural offices in London, Paris, and across Europe and APAC
- This is an incredible opportunity to interact with many departments, from the commercial team to product and the whole customer team, collaborating with them to make sure the deployment of the platform is successful
- Work as junior project consultant on simultaneous implementation projects as part of YOOBIC Customer Implementation team
- Collect client business, functional and technical requirements, and then design the right configuration set-up for implementation of the YOOBIC suite of products
- Understand clients’ needs and advise on configuration solutions in a consultative approach
- Participate actively to solution-building and change management workshops with clients’ project team
- Lead parts or totality of client meetings (functional specifications, demonstrations, trainings on the solution)
- Take a proactive approach to client issue resolution
- Lead trainings for key client users on the solution (administrators, managers, end-users)

In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters for HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.
YOOBIC is one of a number of startups targeting this underserved space, which accounts for around 80% of the global workforce. Though there’s plenty of competition from the likes of Crew and ServiceMax, YOOBIC has grown to operate in almost one hundred countries for some of the world’s biggest brands including Puma, Boots, Mazda, Domino’s, Vans, and Peloton.
With good funding at its back, YOOBIC's intention is to continue its rapid international expansion while adding more industry-specific features to its product stack. Its solutions are held in high regard, having won numerous awards in the past, with the company's most recent accolade being its ranking as the 20th fastest growing UK tech company by the 2023 E2E Tech 100 list.
