Revenue Ops Manager, Dayshape

• Over 3 years' experience in a sales or revenue operations role at a growing B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
• Strong familiarity and comprehension of an enterprise sales cycle, with knowledge on how to enhance every phase of the funnel and customer retention
• Proven experience in managing, evolving, and working with HubSpot or similar
• Track record of using data-centric insights to pinpoint opportunities for improvement and implementing these enhancements. You have a firm understanding of the impact of data storytelling and its ability to shape decision-making
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in the smallest things
• You love asking “Why?” questions and attempting to delve deeper into issues
• Eager to develop, and excited to become our first Revenue Operations team member
• Ability to prioritise competing commercial tasks

• We’re seeing increased demand for our enterprise-focused resource management solution, so our enthusiastic and motivated commercial team needs an experienced Revenue Operations Manager to align sales and marketing efforts and enable data driven decision making
• We’re looking for our first Revenue Operations team member to work closely with our sales team to facilitate deal progression through our enterprise sales pipeline, using data and analytics to measure and improve performance
• You’ll need to take a customer-centric approach to your work, and implement best practices for Revenue Operations, playing a critical role in scaling our sales operations as we continue to expand into new verticals and geographies
• Facilitate deal progression through our pipeline by coordinating deal execution – you will work with the Sales team to review quotes and opportunities for accuracy and quality, and you will drive the Deal Desk process to increase deal velocity
• Operationalise sales goals, working with Finance to plan quarterly and annual targets by territory and individual sales team member
• Calculate and track variable compensation payments for sales team members
• Use key performance indicators to track team performance and identify areas for improvement
• Create best practices for Revenue Operations, including process automation, pricing optimisation techniques, and forecasting
• Assume responsibility for data hygiene in HubSpot by maintaining and continuously checking the marketing database's data quality
• Improve the use of HubSpot for pipeline management, campaign execution, and data-driven decision-making
• Use email marketing best practices to carry out campaign optimisation and segmentation, controlling the efficacy of campaigns and sequences
• Assist demand generation and metrics generation by providing campaign setup and regular tracking support
• Produce data on leads, revenue, pipeline, and acquisition costs
• Harness your thorough grasp of the entire enterprise customer journey to enable more focused sales and marketing efforts
• Use data analysis, process evaluation, and systems assessment to proactively find ways to improve, streamline, and scale processes, directly affecting business income
• Integrate systems and tools to improve Revenue Operations processes, including reporting, data collecting, analysis, and forecasting
• This is a full-time role (37.5 hours per week). We typically work from 09:00 - 17:30 from Monday to Friday, though we can be flexible around this, just let us know
