Who you are

This is a great job for someone who has experience working in asset management digital marketing, alongside being an experienced people manager
Proven experience building and optimising strategic digital marketing plans across multiple client regions and segments
Proven experience working in asset management marketing with up-to-date knowledge of investment markets and products and working in a compliant way
Enthusiasm for digital marketing and for keeping up to date with new trends and innovations
Strong digital marketing knowledge of an enterprise level CMS (Adobe Experience Manager), search (SEO and paid), social (organic, paid, employee advocacy and senior leadership) and marketing automation tools (Pardot Salesforce)
Organised and driven to deliver key projects and initiatives - especially when working to tight deadlines and a range of key stakeholders

What the job involves

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Digital Marketing Lead to work within the Aviva Investors Customer and Marketing Team
You will be responsible for leading the Digital Marketing team at Aviva Investors, providing strategic direction on all digital marketing activity to drive awareness and engagement, ensuring that it supports and compliments all other marketing activity to further Aviva Investors’ strategic business objectives
This role will also sit on the Aviva Investors Customer and Marketing Senior Leadership Team
