Payroll Associate, Newfront

Desirable

• This position is responsible for processing complex multi-state payroll for a variety of clients and industries. This role will also support technology implementations, benefit administration, onboarding, offboarding, tax registrations, HRIS maintenance and other projects for a portfolio of interesting and diverse clients
• This position is a non-exempt, full-time role and will be reporting to the Administrative Services Lead. This is a US-hybrid position with the option to work from any of Newfront’s offices
• Manage end to end payroll processing for 5 to 7 high-touch, complex, multi-state clients accurately and according to their respective payroll cycles
• Manage benefits administration tasks on behalf of client including audit and review of data to ensure accuracy. Audit all payroll related transactions to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Support HR Consultant's on client projects and deliverables such as new hire onboarding, offboarding, benefits administration, etc
• Process new state and local tax registrations
• Provide second tier review for payrolls processed by HR Associates as necessary
• Provide back-up to HR Consultants as needed
