Who you are
- European citizen (to be eligible for VIE contract type)

- Background in consulting and complex project management

What the job involves
- Backed by prestigious VC funds and with a team of over 500, we're rapidly expanding across Europe and now launching our US operations in Austin, Texas. Our success is driven by passionate, dedicated teams committed to building a company where individuals can thrive and grow
- You will report to the CRO North America and help him launch the US market and accelerate revenue growth through different levers :
- Build & run local Sales & Customer Success Operations, in close collaboration with HQ teams in Europe
- Adapt and run our leadgen, CRM & Revenue software stack to the needs of the US market
- Develop local customer intelligence and document our US Ideal Customer Profile and personas by interviewing customers and prospects
- Identify and implement adjustments to our Sales & Customer Success Processes to meet the needs of US prospects and customers
- Help find, recruit and onboard the best local talents
- Assist on a variety of local marketing, administrative and office management tasks, in collaboration with HQ teams

Managing cash flow is essential for the financial health of a company, yet existing management methods are laborious. Many companies rely on manual data entry into spreadsheets and analysis, and this can result in missing key optimisation opportunities and expensive errors.
Agicap provides a cash flow management platform, allowing businesses to integrate their cash flow data directly into its platform to automate cash flow visualisation and analytics. The company also employs cash management specialists who assist clients in setting up a seamless cash flow management system, in addition to providing security advice to make sure that regulations are met and that data is encrypted.
Whilst the company does face competition from other automated cash flow management platforms, Agicap has demonstrated a cutting edge by providing clients with human cash flow advisors, preventing them from relying solely on software. Through this approach, the company ensures that its clients can set up a reliable and optimised cash flow management system, saving them from manual data entry time and expensive cash flow oversights. 2024 funding is being used to strengthen its leading position in Europe and expand into new territories.
