Senior Program Manager, PagerDuty

• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Strategy and Operations, Consulting and/or program management with 10+ years of experience in high tech
• A successful program manager is a leader and facilitator; is driven, organized, and detail oriented; excels in program/project management; communicates with ease at all levels; and is self-motivated to succeed in ambiguous environments
• The candidate should be adept at breaking down complex problems, and frame these problems so that they can be operationally executed with measurable results
• Being data-driven along with excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills will be important drivers of success
• 10+ years of consulting, Strategy and operations, business operations or program management experience
• Proven success in project management, operations, or consulting roles
• Comfortable independently navigating and thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Exceptional communication skills for clear and concise conveyance of complex ideas and data
• Strong analytical skills for rapid data gathering, analysis, and decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships across organizational levels

• As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of our strategic initiatives and ensuring the efficient execution of our operations
• Structure and break down complex business problems, develop hypotheses, drive analysis, and frame options in a data-driven manner
• Proactively identify challenges and opportunities to create value, and scope into actionable insights and plans
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with PagerDuty's overall goals and vision
• Lead cross-functionally to ensure the successful execution of projects and programs
• Identify and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness and impact of initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather feedback and incorporate it into program development and improvement
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Communicate progress, updates, and challenges to senior leadership and stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may arise during program execution
