Analytics Manager, Voodoo

• Extensive experience in performance mobile marketing
• Hands-on experience working with raw and aggregated data from MMPs such as Adjust or Appsflyer
• Excellent understanding of mobile marketing tracking technologies such as SKAdNetwork
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers
• Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to prioritize and push decisions
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Perfect proficiency in SQL
• Appetite for technical challenges and learning new programming languages
• Great communication skills, fluent in English

• Lead a team of 5 data analysts of various seniority levels and help them grow
• Support Growth teams in optimizing UA campaigns
• Support Voodoo’s BUs and ventures by providing data-driven and actionable insights
• Coordinate with our MMP (Adjust) to ensure decisions are based on the best possible data
• Manage your team members’ weekly sprints
• Manage quarterly roadmaps for Build projects run by your team
• Lead by example: build Voodoo’s Growth BI (mainly data pipelines and dashboards) by applying and enforcing analytics engineering best practices
