Role
Who you are
- Degree in graphic design, communication design, or a related field
- Familiarity with design experiments and A/B Tests that focus on Growth / Conversion Rate Optimization and will be judged by conversion numbers
- Ability to prioritize quick design progress and iteration over pixel perfection
- Strong skills in translating ideas, concepts, and research results into effective design solutions
- Creativity, strong communication abilities (visual and non-visual), and confident aesthetic sensibilities
- Understanding of customer language and ability to generate microcopy is a plus
- Experience with Figma (or similar tools) for designing and wireframing in agile development processes
What the job involves
- As UX Designer (gn) with CRO/Growth Focus, you will collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Conversion Rate Specialists in a cross-functional team responsible for converting website visitors into customers and improving the value experience of parents and kids
- Creation of concepts, wireframes, designs, and prototypes for experiments that optimize visitor experience and value communication
- Improvement of the most relevant touchpoints and activation moments along the journey of parents and kids
- Taking concepts from idea status to maturity and iterating rapidly based on qualitative and quantitative data
- Shaping sofatutor’s general communication outside of the CRO and Growth scope and preserving design quality and brand identity across all teams
- Collaboration with the Engineering Manager and Front-End developers to deliver high-quality responsive designs
