Who you are
- 7+ years experience exceeding sales quota as Major / Enterprise Account Manager
- Experience selling cybersecurity into the “C” suite
- Excellent communication skills including strong verbal and written skills and proven presentation skills

What the job involves
- SpecterOps is searching for an Account Executive to support the BloodHound Enterprise team
- Hunt, qualify, and manage the sales cycle to close sales opportunities and generate new business for BloodHound Enterprise in assigned territory or account list
- Lead technical, solution-oriented sales conversations that help clients understand the uniquely differentiated capabilities of BloodHound Enterprise
- Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed account development plans
- Identify and document client’s business objectives and outcomes
- Achieve ACV sales quota on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Track and report on all opportunities, pipeline, and bookings to provide accurate forecasting
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with channel partners, including supporting field events, co-selling, and supporting training activities as required

The old saying “the best defense is a good offense” is relevant here, and SpecterOps, with a co-founder with a background doing similar for the US Marines, has plenty of experience deflecting cyber threats. The company’s Bloodhound software maps and removes potential attack paths and choke points and consults on how companies can improve security. Bloodhound was initially leveraged by penetration testers but has found wider adoption over the last two years, with its customer base growing by 600% in that time. Clients include Capital Group, Woodside Energy, and the University of Texas.
This proactive approach to defense has drawn in considerable investment, SpecterOps having raised two rounds of series A in 2023 and further VC in 2024. This funding will go towards accelerating what is already a highly popular cyber defense product.
